1999-2000 ENIM, (Ecole National d’Ingénieurs de Metz, France) (12 months) In parallel with my studies under the ERASMUS scheme, I was employed throughout the year by this correspondent University to translate all their detailed curriculum and promotional documents in order to be Europe compliant.
1999-2000 SKF Equipments, PARIS (6 months) As a mandatory part of my year of study abroad in France at ‘ENIM’ (National School of Mechanical Engineers of Metz), this industrial placement saw me as the project manager and testing designer of a research study into design optimisation.
1996-1997 OVE ARUP & PARTNERS SA, MADRID (10 months) Responsible for the translation and management of in-house technical drawing production for varied multi-disciplinary engineering projects, in a European satellite office of an international consultancy.
1995: FORENEX SA, PALMA MALLORCA (International summer school) (2 months) English Teacher, responsible for four classes of children ranging between eight and fourteen years of age.
