For some 12 years I have been working at the Regulatory Affairs Department of the international headquarters of a pharmaceutical-diagnostic company. At that company I was involved in compiling international registration dossiers in both English and Spanish for worldwide distribution, in order to get them approved by the relevant health authorities. Part of compiling such international registration dossiers consists of translating documents belonging to the chemical/pharmaceutical, pre-clinical, clinical and general section of them.
After having worked as an executive assistant in a coating company for approximately 2 years, I decided to become a fulltime freelance translator in April 2000.
