EXPERIENCE |
I have over 14 years of both in-house and free-lance experience as a translator of English – Spanish – Serbian – Bosnian – Croatian in any direction. During the eight years I worked at a News Agency as a translator and journalist, I was involved in the translation and writing of articles and features on a broad range of subjects. I have also translated, adapted, dubbed and subtitled a number of feature movies (including entire DVD packages) and documentaries. For several years I was the main anchor and assistant executive producer of a News in English TV Program. All of the above required a profound knowledge of English and Spanish grammar, style and usage, a clear and concise style of writing as well as a broad general knowledge and in some cases familiarity with scientific and technical subjects. |
